In the evening, apply a few drops directly onto the clean skin.
Massage lightly, preferably to the top of the cheekbone and the brow.

Morning : 
Refresh and tone (Botanical Soothing Water). Nourish and protect the skin with the adapted beauty routine.

​Evening : 
Cleanse (Soft Cleansing Creamor Essential Cleansing Milk). Tone (Botanical Soothing Water). Apply Essential Ultimaroma N°1 before your night cream.
​Once or twice a week :  
Apply Pfaffia Synergy Mask on a clean skin. Avoid scrubbing sensitive skins
