It is published by the limited company Nadine Salembier Diffusion, Société Anonyme, whose head office is located at Rue de Wervicq 18 in 7780 Comines (Belgium), registered with the Banque Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0413.692.726. He is hosted by the company Odoo. These conditions of sale are applicable to all products, services, gift certificates or promotional offers offered by SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion and SPRL Beauté & Vie whose head office is located at Boulevard de Waterloo 53 in 1000 Brussels (Belgium). Any order for one or more products or services implies knowledge and application of these general conditions, to the exclusion of any other conditions. Any different conditions will only be applicable after written agreement from SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie, the other provisions remaining in full application. SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion and SPRL Beauté & Vie reserve the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time and without notice. However, the modifications will not be applicable to reservations and orders previously accepted and confirmed by the Customer.    

Article 2: Products and orders      
All products, services, gift certificates or promotional offers offered by SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie are described in as much detail and as faithfully as possible on the website   www.salembier.com .    
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and in no way bind SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie. Three free samples (5ml bottle) are offered with each home care order. Promotional offers are only valid within the double limit of the validity period of the offer concerned and available stocks. Promotional codes allow you to obtain a reduction in value or percentage depending on the case. As a general rule, unless otherwise stipulated in writing, they cannot be combined with other current promotional offers. The site  www.nadine-salembier.com is accessible both to customers not subject to VAT and to professional customers. If the Customer wishes to place an order, he will choose the different products/treatments in which he is interested.     
   
For all orders placed on the site www.nadine-salembier.com , a written confirmation is sent by email or by post including the order reference and specifying the exact amount invoiced as well as the delivery terms. In the absence of written confirmation from SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie, the sale cannot be considered final.    

SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie reserve the right to cancel any order for any legitimate reason. When ordering, all useful information requested must be communicated to SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie.     
   
If the products or services ordered are no longer available, SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie will inform the Customer as quickly as possible and offer them the possibility of canceling their order free of charge.    

An order placed on the website can be canceled by contacting customer service at +32.56.55.81.92 subject to the application of article 3 of these general conditions .

Article 3 : Services and orders    
The Site offers the sale of treatments provided in the beauty salons of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie through the online sale of treatment boxes or gift vouchers. Information relating to descriptions, prices and durations of these treatments is accessible on the website ​ www.nadine-salembier.com .    
The reservation of services will be materially formalized by a Gift Certificate on which will appear the title of the treatment, the date of purchase (valid for six months from the date of purchase) and the name of the recipient of the treatment. The beneficiary must then contact or present themselves at one of the beauty salons of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie with the original of said certificate to set an appointment date and time according to the available time slots.    
   
Article 4 : Modification and cancellation  
As soon as a reservation is made, the Client undertakes to go to the beauty salon of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie at the place and on the chosen date.    

Except in exceptional circumstances, any appointment booked at the beauty salon of Nadine Salembier Diffusion SA or Beauté & Vie SPRL and cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will automatically result in 100% payment of the services initially planned (Silver) and the deduction of loyalty points. For Gold members, Nadine Salembier SA or Beauté & Vie SPRL reserves the right to deduct the amount (100%) from the electronic wallet. ​

For all services and treatments worth more than €100, a 50% deposit will be required when you book your appointment. This deposit will be paid either at the institute counter or remotely by any available means (credit card, bank transfer, digital payments, etc.). If no deposit is paid at the time of booking, the amount available on the electronic wallet (Gold) will be used up to 50% of the value of the treatment(s) booked.  

The deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date of the appointment, or if the appointment is not honoured due to the Customer's absence on the day of the appointment (no-show).

A 100% prepayment will be requested from customers who have not attended a previous appointment.

Article 5 : Validity period of purchased servicess   

The services ordered and gift boxes are valid for six months from the date of validation of payment.

Article 6 : Certificate / Gift voucher      
Any certificate/gift voucher: 
- cannot under any circumstances be exchanged in whole or in part for cash   
- is under the entire responsibility of the bearer, particularly in the event of loss or theft  
- must be used in full in a single payment. 
- If the amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the certificate, the customer will have to make up the difference using another means of payment. 
- must be used within the period of validity, i.e. 12 months from the date of validation of the payment. After this expiry date, they cannot be reimbursed or used    

Any cancellation within 24 hours of the agreed appointment or ‘NO SHOW’ will result in the total loss of the value of the gift voucher and the impossibility for the Customer to reschedule the appointment.

If the gift voucher is used after the 6-month validity date, it will lose 50% of its value. After 6 months, the gift voucher can no longer be used.

Article 7 : Payments
Orders are payable in advance by various payment methods made available on   www.nadine-salembier.com (Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Bancontact, SILVER or GOLD loyalty system).    
Services are sent and confirmed after receipt of payment. SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the Customer. Delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment for a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions hereof.   

Article 8 : Price     
Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, and are subject to variation during the year. The products ordered are invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is placed. They do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the amount of the order. Shipping costs will be indicated before the order is registered by the Customer.    

The gift boxes relating to treatments and treatment packages concern services (aesthetic treatments) provided in the two points of sale (beauty institutes) belonging on the one hand to SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion (Comines), and on the other hand at SPRL Beauté & Vie (Brussels).    

The price of the services being different depending on the point of sale, the applicable price is that of the place where the services will be carried out.

SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie reserve the right to refuse the order if the price of the services does not correspond to the place where they will be provided.

Promotional codes allow you to obtain a reduction in value or percentage depending on the case. As a general rule, unless otherwise stipulated in writing, they cannot be combined with other current promotional offers.

Article 9 : Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering by the services of the Belgian post office (Bpost) or the French post office (Colissimo) or via another carrier of the choice of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion. Delivery will take place within an average of 1 to 3 working days from receipt of the order (depending on the country of destination). To this deadline is added the order preparation time of 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are indicative. Any delays cannot under any circumstances give rise to the granting of damages from SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie. Customs taxes, in particular any import or excise taxes that may be due, are, in all cases, the responsibility of the recipient and will not give rise to any complaint or request for compensation from SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion. In derogation from article 1583 of the Belgian Civil Code, SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion remains the owner of the items sold until the day of full payment of the principal price and any late payment interest or damages.   

Article 10 : Consumer rights     
Any consumer has the right to cancel a purchase and be refunded the amount of their purchase within 14 calendar days following their purchase, without having to provide justification. This only applies to orders on the site (e-commerce), not to purchases made in the beauty salons of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie. To be able to exercise this right, the Client is required to comply with the following conditions and instructions:    
- Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging intact and unopened, accessories, instructions, etc.). 
- SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion accepts the return if it is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion. 
- The parcel must be sent to the following address Nadine Salembier Diffusion SA Retour e- commerce, Rue de Wervicq 18, 7780 Comines, Belgium. 
- The cost of postage for the return parcel is borne by the Purchaser except in the case of a non-conforming product or an error in the references delivered. In this case, the return costs will be reimbursed by SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion. 
- The purchase will be reimbursed within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. If this option is exercised, the Customer will return the goods to SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion in their original condition at his/her own risk and peril with a view to reimbursement of the goods.    

Failing to comply with the procedure and deadlines indicated, the customer will not be able to make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, the products then being deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect.    

Article 11 : Privacy     
SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion and SPRL Beauté & Vie respect the right to privacy and will treat the Customer's personal data with the greatest care. The information makes it possible to offer the best possible service to the customer, to process orders as best as possible and possibly to keep the customer informed of interesting offers and news by means of a newsletter sent by email. The Customer's personal contact details are in no way transferred or sold to third parties.    

The customer can at any time consult his personal data contained in the file of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie. If he wishes to delete this data from the file of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie, he can inform it by email or by regular mail.     

Article 12 : Liability
SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion and SPRL Beauté & Vie decline all liability for damage, in the broadest sense of the term, unless this damage is due to serious misconduct or an intentional act of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté. & Life. In the event of misunderstanding, delay due to the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in correspondence with the Client, SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie cannot be held responsible, except willful intent or serious misconduct on the part of SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie. SA Nadine Salembier Diffusion or SPRL Beauté & Vie cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage which may arise as a result of the purchase of the products. Nadine Salembier Diffusion SA declines all responsibility for any interruption of the site or occurrence of “bugs” and/or for any inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on this site.    

Article 13 : Applicable law and sorting     
Disputes relating to the conclusion, validity, interpretation or execution of the contract are governed solely by Belgian law. ​.   

Article 14  : Loyalty programs

Loyalty programs are only valid in the salon. Silver program = The customer receives loyalty points after making purchases in the institute. Points are offered according to the following structure: 1 point offered for every €20 spent. 1 point equals €1 discount. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months, renewable after each visit to the salon. Gold Program = With the payment of a €500 package, the customer will receive 550 loyalty points, equivalent to a €550 discount. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months, renewable after each visit to the salon. Points can be used on all products and treatments. Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers. ​

Silver Programme = Customers receive loyalty points after making purchases at the salon. Points are offered according to the following structure: 1 point offered for every €20 spent. 1 point is equivalent to a €1 discount. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months, renewable after each visit to the salon.

Gold Programme = By paying a fixed fee of €500, the customer will receive 550 loyalty points, equivalent to a €550 discount. Loyalty points are valid for 6 months, renewable after each visit to the salon.

Points can be used on all products and treatments. Points cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Article 15 : Loyalty Points awarded for comments posted online
or each comment posted by a customer on our website, provided that it complies with our moderation rules (relevant, respectful, non-offensive, and related to our services or products), 5 loyalty points will be credited to their beauty salon loyalty account. These points are only valid for use in a beauty salon, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are subject to the following conditions :
• Only one comment per service or product: Points can only be awarded once per service or product, even if several comments are left.
• Added points: 5 points will be added for each visit to the beauty salon, regardless of the number of comments left after the visit to the beauty salon.
• Use of points : Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date they are awarded. They can be used on your next visit to the salon.
