14 days withdrawal

Every consumer has the right to notify, in writing or on a durable medium to the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The user therefore has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to return any or all of the items ordered. The shipping costs of the return package are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of a nonconforming product or an error on the delivered references. In this case, the shipping costs will be reimbursed by Nadine Salembier Diffusion SA. The parcel must be prepaid to: Nadine Salembier Diffusion SA Back e-commerce, 18 Rue de Wervicq, 7780 Comines, Belgium.

Product(s) must be returned in its (their) original packaging (packaging intact, unopened vial, accessories and instructions included) with the return slip duly completed. The latter is attached to the order.
